Find your size
Sized by waist measurement, not shirt size. Measure around your waist at the narrowest point.
M — 31 to 37 in / 80 to 95 cm
L — 35 to 41 in / 90 to 105 cm
XL — 39 to 45 in / 100 to 115 cm
XXL — 41 to 47 in / 105 to 120 cm
Between sizes, go up. Worn too tight it becomes uncomfortable, and an uncomfortable one ends up unused.
How to use it
Start with 20 to 30 minutes a day and build up. Most people wear it at a desk or on a long drive rather than all day. The point is the reminder, and reminders work better in short doses.
Cold hand wash, air dry.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping on every US order. Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, delivered in 7 to 12 business days with tracking.
Not helping after 60 days? One email and we refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.
Not a cure for posture. A reminder.
What it actually does
Nobody's posture is fixed by a strap, and anyone selling you that is overpromising. What this does is simpler and more useful: it makes rounding your shoulders forward feel like something, so you notice you're doing it.
Shoulders that have been sore for a while tend to get protected, and protecting a shoulder usually means rounding forward around it. If that's become a habit, this is the other half of the problem.
It doesn't strengthen anything on its own, and it isn't a treatment for scoliosis or any diagnosed spinal condition. If a doctor is managing your back, ask them first.
