No pressure on the cap
Lateral support
One brace, both legs
Or your money back
Fit
Adjustable straps above and below the joint take up the slack, so one size works across a wide range of legs.
Measure around your leg 15 cm above the middle of the kneecap if you want to check before ordering — email us the number and we'll tell you whether it will fit.
Fits either knee. There is no left or right version.
How to wear it
Centre the opening over your kneecap, then fasten the lower strap first and the upper strap second. The gel ring should sit around the cap, not on it.
Firm but not tight. If your calf tingles or your foot feels cold, loosen the lower strap.
Cold hand wash, air dry. Don't tumble dry.

When a knee feels unsteady, not just sore
Knees don't usually hurt when you're standing still. They hurt on the way down the stairs, getting out of a low chair, and about ten minutes into a walk you used to do without thinking.
A plain knit sleeve gives you compression and warmth, and for a lot of people that's enough. This gives you compression plus lateral support: two stabilisers sit either side of the joint and stop it wobbling sideways, which is the movement that makes a knee feel unreliable. The opening takes pressure off the kneecap instead of pressing on it.
It's a support, not a treatment. It won't repair a meniscus or an ACL. If you have a diagnosed injury, ask your doctor whether a brace like this is appropriate before you rely on it.
