Where we ship
United States, Canada and Australia.
Cost
Free on orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your country.
Most single orders qualify. The one that usually doesn't is a support wrap bought on its own — if you're ordering one of those, it's worth adding it to a larger order.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend go out on Monday.
Delivery time
United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive around day eight or nine.
Canada and Australia: 12–20 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance is the variable here, and it's the part nobody can predict.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take two or three days for the first scan to appear. This is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
Duties and taxes
Orders to Canada and Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in our prices and we have no control over them.
Where it ships from
Orders are fulfilled by our production partner overseas and handed to your national postal service for the final leg. This is how we keep the price at $54.95 instead of $90.
Delays
If a US order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or a Canada or Australia order within 30, email support@snugknit.com and we'll either resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
We can change an address within 12 hours of ordering. After that the order is already in fulfilment. Email us immediately if you spot a mistake.
