Wear the brace for up to 60 days. If it hasn't helped, email support@snugknit.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need to send it back
Return shipping usually costs more than the brace. Keep it, pass it to someone, or throw it away — whatever you like. We'd rather refund you than make you stand in line at the post office.
Wrong size
Email us and we'll send the right size at no charge. Keep the first one. A lot of people end up using both, or give the spare to a partner.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo to support@snugknit.com and we'll replace it immediately, no questions.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within two business days of approval. Your bank may take another three to ten days to show it.
Not covered
Orders older than 60 days. Items bought anywhere other than snugknit.com.
